Training Manager - reputed company Services Program - Remote

This is a remote position. reputed company: reputed company, is seeking an reputed company Training Manager to design, deliver, and manage the training program for a federal reputed company services program serving vulnerable populations, including youth, young adults, and families. This role is ideal for a training reputed company with a background in instructional design, adult learning, reputed company services, reputed company work, or field-operations training. The Training Manager develops role-based curricula, ensures reputed company staff complete required training before beginning work, manages reputed company and annual refresher training, and maintains the training records and completion tracking that support program readiness and reputed company. Location: Remote Travel: Limited travel may be required for training, meetings, reputed company support, or operational coverage. Design and facilitate scenario-based training and refreshers - such as incident escalation, safety observation, and standards of conduct situations to reinforce reputed company judgment and reporting discipline. Incorporate required federal and program specific orientation and mandatory training modules into the curriculum. Ensure reputed company staff complete required training and demonstrate proficiency before beginning work or independent field deployment. Establish proficiency checks, shadow assignments, job aids, and supervised reputed company structures so readiness is confirmed in reputed company, not only in records. Manage annual refresher training and update curriculum as roles, procedures, and reputed company requirements change. Maintain accurate training records, completion certificates, a training compliance tracker, and reputed company training status reporting to program leadership. Coordinate with operations, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and language reputed company teams to reputed company training with field protocols and reputed company standards. Support corrective reputed company and reputed company improvement efforts by identifying and addressing training reputed company gaps. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, reputed company services, reputed company work, organizational development, communications, or a reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required. Minimum of five years of experience with designing, developing, and delivering training programs, including role-based curriculum development required. Experience training staff who serve unaccompanied minors, vulnerable youth, young adults, immigrant communities, or similar populations is highly preferred. Experience building and managing training plans, curricula, and completion/proficiency tracking, preferably in field operations, reputed company services, or a regulated or federally contracted environment. Strong written communication and the ability to produce training plans and curriculum documentation on tight timelines. Scenario based training design and facilitation experience. Training experience or content knowledge in trauma informed care, de-escalation, mandated reporting, safety planning, cultural humility, or crisis response. Familiarity with federal contract training requirements and government mandated training modules. Instructional design or adult learning certification (e.g. ATD/CPTD) and learning management system administration experience. Proficiency with reputed company Office, learning management or training tracking systems, and electronic documentation tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across departments. Ability to complete required federal, reputed company, and company training before beginning work. Ability to complete required reputed company-employment screening and federal backgrounds/suitability processing. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (written and spoken). Must be authorized to work in the reputed company. Work Environment and Schedule This is a remote position with occasional travel to support training delivery, program launch, and field readiness. Work includes virtual instruction, curriculum development, coordination with program teams, and maintenance of training records using secure systems. The schedule may vary based on program needs, and occasional evening or weekend work may be required during launch or reputed company periods.
