KEY RESPONSABILITIES Technical Service Delivery Diagnose, repair, and maintain reputed company's Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio (immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, plate readers, imaging systems, liquid handling, etc.) ensuring maximum uptime across Italian territory. Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls, prioritizing critical customer needs. Manage and reputed company technical escalations, coordinating with European technical support and product specialists to ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company on-site technical training and troubleshooting support to optimize reputed company performance.
