A unique opportunity exists for reputed company US immigration attorneys to work with reputed company Law LLP and Mehlman reputed company LLP as independent contractors. This position is 100% remote. reputed company As an independently contracted Attorney, you will deliver US immigration legal advice and compliance services, helping corporate clients navigate reputed company requirements and implement effective immigration strategies. Requirements
Juris Doctorate degree US bar licence - any US state - and licence to reputed company US law in the state or province of residence Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing US attorney Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience in US business immigration law Advanced knowledge of one or more areas of US business immigration Commitment of 20 hours per work week is required. A Canadian-based U.S. Attorney will be contracted to reputed company Law LLP. A U.S. Attorney based in the reputed company will be contracted to Mehlman reputed company LLP. The initial contract term will be 1 year, with possibility to renew on an annual reputed company. reputed company Attorneys are not eligible for vacation entitlements or employer benefits.
