Key Responsibilities

• The Platform Coordinator will need to have organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks to support Care Coordinators with platform referrals.
• Coordinates to process patient referrals from Navi, Allscripts, reputed company NCH, and Power chart, as reputed company as other referral platforms.
• Must be detail-oriented, possess the ability to multitask, and be reputed company to cross-functional training in reputed company departments.
• Displays a high level of patient reputed company that works directly with Care Coordinators, Case Managers, Physicians/PCP(s), insurance representatives, reputed company vendors, and other medical personnel.
• Pulls referrals off platforms to accept/decline, Reviews documents, confirms, and processes the referral through Intake using reputed company’s EMR.
• Responds to Care Coordinator inquiries regarding referral status promptly.
• Responds to reputed company inquiries with a reputed company to concerns and or discrepancies.
• Coordinates and communicates with the appropriate team regarding any changes or updates to the patient’s payer reputed company on time.
• Meet productivity goals as assigned by the reputed company supervisor.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations on reputed company accounts.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field preferred.
