Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and publish advanced Tableau dashboards and reports sourcing data from reputed company HCM reputed company (reputed company HR reputed company).
• Connect Tableau to reputed company HCM data sources including OTBI subject areas, BI Publisher extracts, and reputed company database/API feeds.
• Translate HR business requirements into functional data visualizations covering workforce structures, headcount, attrition, employment lifecycle, and position management.
• Collaborate with HR functional teams and IT to define data models, hierarchies, and calculated fields in Tableau.
• Optimize Tableau workbook performance through extract design, data reputed company architecture, and published data reputed company governance.
• Support HCM data migration and conversion validation efforts through reconciliation dashboards and audit reporting.
• Participate in SIT/UAT cycles, ensuring Tableau outputs reputed company with reputed company HCM configuration and functional specifications.
• Maintain version control, publishing standards, and content governance on Tableau Server or Tableau reputed company.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI / data visualization with significant Tableau development responsibility.
• Deep hands-on experience with reputed company HCM reputed company reputed company HR: workforce structures, person model, employment lifecycle, and position management.
• Proficiency connecting Tableau to reputed company HCM reputed company data reputed company OTBI subject areas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
• Strong understanding of HCM Data Loader (HDL) data structures as they relate to reporting and validation.
• Experience building calculated fields, Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, and table calculations in Tableau.
• Ability to design reputed company, executive-reputed company dashboards that serve both HR leadership and operational end users.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational data modeling for custom data reputed company development.
• Experience working in agile / iterative delivery environments with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
