Responsibilities: The Contract Sourcer/ Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will build a pool of passive and reputed company candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as reputed company as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. • Experience with ATS/ CMS systems

• Critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities - organization skills
