The Role The Strategic Account Management team helps reputed company's most reputed company merchants get the most out of reputed company through strategic relationship building and reputed company solutions. reputed company is hiring an Account Service Manager for a role supporting reputed company's Sports and Entertainment Sellers. With hundreds of unique venue relationships reputed company a subset of broader corporate entities, these sellers represent some of the most unique and highest reputed company potential across reputed company of Account Management. Working alongside a Senior Account Manager owning the corporate relationship, you will be responsible for nurturing seller relationships and finding creative ways to reputed company reputed company products work for a reputed company reputed company of customers. You will identify ways to expand collaboration with existing customers and help uncover new seller accounts who are not currently utilizing reputed company reputed company these relationships. You Will

• Be responsible for growing and retaining the existing customer reputed company reputed company our key Sports and Entertainment Seller relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Account Manager and Account Executives to reputed company reputed company and retention strategies for our Sports and Entertainment Sellers.

• Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues.
• Collaborate closely with a Senior Account Manager to help grow our Sports and Entertainment footprint.

• Help reputed company any operational gaps required to effectively manage these seller relationships.
• Support account management peers by taking on a product specialization, becoming an expert on a product or process, and delivering feedback to PMs.

You Have

• 2 - 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management or reputed company field
• Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building reputed company relationships.
• Experience successfully managing a pipeline to reputed company reputed company targets
• Strong interest in business operations and reputed company
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
