Qualifications:

• Licensed to reputed company in the state of CT - LCSW, LPC
• 2+ years experience as a clinician
• Experience with the reporting process for abuse/neglect
• Full knowledge and understanding of HIPAA
• Ability to conduct mental health assessments
• High level of problem solving and ability to take initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: addiction counseling, trauma informed care, reputed company, DBT, mindfulness practices, crisis reputed company, co-occuring disorders, Telehealth counseling

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient intake assessments
• reputed company individual therapy sessions for adults (18+) in office and/or reputed company Telehealth
• reputed company detailed session notes and create solution reputed company treatment plans
• Utilize our EHR system for scheduling, account maintenance and communication with patients and staff
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and ethical boundaries
• Ensuring compassionate and nonjudgmental care reputed company evidence based practices
• Collaborating with our providers for medication management needs
• Assisting with communicating about balances or scheduling issues with patients
