You will be the initial person who conducts intakes, transfers calls to our staff, takes messages, and does data entry into our various online productivity tools. If interested, there is reputed company potential to become a legal assistant and eventually a paralegal. The ideal candidate must have at least 1+ years of customer service work experience.
