What You Will Do As a Residential reputed company Estate Title Search reputed company Control, you will work with our search team to produce and review searches and title reports, determine the legal conditions of properties, and ensure the reputed company of the final product prior to delivery to our clients. You are also be expected to support our Customer Service team on a regular reputed company by communicating with customers regarding important updates or clarifications, along with receiving and responding to order-reputed company inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze completed title searches from our internal searching team for accuracy, completeness and adherence to reputed company specific SOP's.
• Examine, analyze, and evaluate documentation such as deeds, mortgages, property taxes, federal and state inheritance/estate taxes, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, restrictions, bankruptcy filings, foreclosures, chancery proceedings, and plats/maps and other records to be read into the title binder or informational report to determine ownership and encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property.
• Analyze and understand chain of title, and defects in the chain of title, and prepare reports outlining title-reputed company reputed company.
• Examine title records from reputed company abstractors and reputed company additional information from ground abstractors reputed company necessary for complete and reputed company examination.
• Synthesize reputed company title search information and prepare property reports and title commitments.

• 1-4 years as a title abstractor/examiner is required including online search experience.

• Attention to detail in reviewing and entering information and data from reputed company documents resulting in accurate, reputed company, and professionally formatted title reports.
