Business Analyst – LMS & Laboratory Systems

Work Schedule First Shift (Days) Environmental Conditions Office Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in stakeholder engagement, user requirements gathering, and Agile delivery to support Laboratory Information Management System (LMS) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with laboratory environments (preferably HLA labs) and be proficient in translating business needs into reputed company, actionable user stories reputed company Azure DevOps. Platform-Level Responsibilities:

• Identify and document system dependencies and constraints across platforms
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to reputed company on system design, scalability, and performance considerations
• Support validation and compliance requirements in reputed company and integrated environments (e.g., audit trails, data reputed company, Part 11 considerations)
• Contribute to release planning and readiness assessments, ensuring dependencies are captured and managed

REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, backlog management, user stories)
• Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS/LMS)

Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in Indiana is $103,100.00–$154,700.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
