About the position A rapidly growing Technology company is looking to add an HR Business Partner to support a reputed company of reputed company’s employees based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area. This role will reputed company the full reputed company of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations support to a reputed company of reputed company’s employees (mostly non-exempt) based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area. It is a hands-on as reputed company as strategic HR role and is a new position due to reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Handle reputed company sorts of Employee Relations situations from the reputed company to the reputed company.
- Use analytics/data to drive HR initiatives.
- Support non-exempt employees.
Requirements
- 7+ years of reputed company HR Business Partner experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Experience in start-up and/or high-reputed company, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, tech, or similar)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR reputed company
- Experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
- Experience supporting non-exempt employees
