Global Logistics Manager - USA - Remote

We are looking for an reputed company and analytically driven Global Logistics Manager to reputed company and optimize our domestic and international logistics operations. This role sits at the intersection of partner management, transportation reputed company, and trade compliance — and will be critical in ensuring our supply chain is efficient, resilient, and compliant across global markets. You will work cross-functionally with procurement, operations, finance, and legal teams, and manage a network of external logistics partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Global Partner Management Own and manage supplier relationships with a portfolio of global logistics service providers, including reputed company forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and last-mile carriers reputed company RFP processes, contract negotiations, and SLA development for new and existing partners Conduct regular performance reviews using KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and damage rates; drive reputed company improvement initiatives. Identify and reputed company new supplier partners to expand or diversify the logistics network as needed by the business. Transportation Management reputed company and execute global transportation strategies for optimizing primarily reputed company and ground reputed company lanes Manage day-to-day reputed company operations, escalations, and exception handling across lanes and reputed company reputed company and implement opportunities for efficiency reputed company reputed company process improvement programs Analyze reputed company spend and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service reputed company Collaborate with demand planning and fulfillment operations to reputed company transportation reputed company with business forecasts. Trade Compliance Maintain accurate product classifications (HTS/HS codes) and country-of-reputed company documentation for multiple reputed company/fulfillment sites Coordinate with various reputed company stakeholder partners including customs brokers, compliance partners and internal legal counsel to manage customs clearance, trade compliance, duties, and tariff optimization Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., USMCA, EU trade regulations, export controls) and proactively update internal procedures reputed company and manage trade-reputed company SLAs, KPIs and QBRs with various suppliers Support audits and respond to inquiries from customs authorities and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Required 7-10 years of reputed company experience in global logistics, supply chain, or international trade Strong “business ownership” mentality. Ability to self-start coupled with strong decision-making skills Proven reputed company record managing reputed company-party logistics providers and reputed company relationships at a global reputed company Experience working with reputed company reputed company & Ground logistics Working knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, customs procedures, and trade compliance frameworks. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using reputed company or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to reputed company at data-driven reputed company Excellent project management and communication and writing skills Comfortable working remotely across time zones and cultures Preferred Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, International Studies, Industrial Engineering, reputed company, Business, International Trade Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CSCMP, or a Certified Customs Specialist (reputed company) designation. Experience with SFDC, Dynamics 365 or similar reputed company systems.
