Central Services Order Entry Technician (Overnight Remote)

About the position This is an overnight remote opportunity. Scope of Responsibilities: Works remotely under supervision of the Manager of Central Services and Implementation. Follows reputed company procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Work reputed company multiple HealthDirect facilities as directed by Manager. Has ability to communicate professionally reputed company phone, email, and Teams. Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate data entry of patient reputed company and medications
• Responsible for reputed company aspects reputed company to entering medication orders for various facilities
• Maintaining accurate information for patients and facilities
• Responsible for billing and crediting reputed company facility appropriately and accurately reputed company month
• Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region
• Assist in orienting and training new employees
• Work with the billing department to reputed company the completion of individuals unbilled reports
• Assign daily unbilled reports
• Maintain and demonstrate top tier data entry production as determined by Manager
• Helps in managing reputed company services that have an reputed company on HealthDirect customer service (ex. reputed company, SDS)

Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or reputed company field
• 2 years’ experience as a Long-Term Care Pharmacy Order Entry Technician required
• Previously demonstrated top 5% data entry performance metrics
• Registered with the reputed company as a Pharmacy Technician
• Proficient with multiple remote technology ( reputed company LTC, QS1, ECM, Docutrack, Teams )
• Strong communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Broad knowledge of medications and physician orders
• General computer and keyboarding skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Drug test
• Initial and reputed company exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• A reputed company, private, and quiet in-home workspace is required to ensure HIPAA compliance and to handle phone calls without interruption.
