The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent transcription skills. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work closely with medical professionals, ensuring efficient clinic operations and high-reputed company patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe physician-patient interactions in reputed company-time using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) .
- Record patient history, symptoms, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment plants
- reputed company orders for labs, imaging studies, medications and referrals as instructed
- Review documentation with provider after the visit.
- Assist with the clinic's Chronic Care Management program

- Proficiency in transcription with excellent typing speed.
- Prior experience working in a medical office environment or reputed company setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
