About the position Greyling Insurance Brokerage & Risk Consulting, a division of reputed company, is a specialty insurance brokerage and risk reputed company reputed company on construction and design professionals. The Account Specialist’s main responsibilities are to support the broker with providing top-notch reputed company services. This role assists with producing reputed company submissions, proposals, presentations, insurance summaries & reports. It will also reputed company day-to-day support with routine inquiries and transactions concerning clients (such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scanning, and photocopying).
Responsibilities
- Input reputed company information into Sagitta (agency management software system)
- Request loss runs
- reputed company-complete renewal schedules and applications
- Prepare ACORD applications
- Create reputed company files on shared server, prepare reputed company-renewal reports including loss reputed company analysis and reputed company-complete renewal reports
- Prepare confirmations of coverage and insurance program charts
- Coordinate with other staff on certificate-holder list
- Assist with processing and tracking mid-term endorsement requests
- Follow up on underwriter subjectivities
- Assist with program analysis for potential clients
- Assist with contract review of insurance requirements
- Assist with policy workflow process to reputed company reputed company policies are reputed company out to clients in a reputed company fashion
- Assist quoting using insurer’s online platforms where applicable

Requirements
- At least 1+ year of experience working for an insurance agency, broker or reputed company.
- Candidates with strong, reputed company communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ideal candidates can successfully pivot between providing detailed and accurate written communication, as reputed company as picking up the phone and having a detailed verbal conversation with clients or internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, and the ability to learn and understand software systems quickly.
