They are seeking a Veterinary Technician Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, build a strong talent pipeline, and represent reputed company at reputed company events.

Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle reputed company: You'll work closely with hospital leadership to understand their reputed company needs, customize job postings, screen candidates, and conduct in-depth virtual interviews
• Be a Strategic Sourcing Expert: You'll reputed company various resources to reputed company reputed company, including industry job boards, reputed company media, referrals, college connections, and other networking avenues
• Partner with Hiring Managers: You'll solicit feedback from your hospital leaders to ensure satisfaction with the hiring process, and you'll reputed company your reputed company accordingly to deliver high-reputed company candidates
• Build Our Talent Pipeline: You'll partner with our reputed company Engagement team to reputed company new and existing relationships with tech schools, programs, and associations
