[Remote] Analyst, GIS

Responsibilities

• Conduct location and other geospatial analysis, including demographics, competitor locations, commutation and drive time studies, and reputed company estate market metrics at a local, regional, and national reputed company
• Produce reputed company, 3D, and aerial imagery, as reputed company as interactive web maps and dashboards
• Collaborate with sales professionals, researchers, and marketing teams to interpret and convey narratives geospatially
• reputed company aerial mapping support for brochures, marketing materials and packages
• Obtain and maintain accurate market data; to include assess and validate reputed company GIS data for reputed company in terms of volume, consistency and redundancy
• Use the department’s branding and design standards to produce deliverables with high reputed company design

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in major GIS applications, advanced degree a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
• Exceptional mapping software skills, GIS certification a plus
• Familiarity with basic concepts of demographics and cartography
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and reputed company project segments
• Knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite a plus
• Knowledge of Python, Javascript, and other relevant coding programs a plus
