About the Role
A home care company in Brooklyn is looking for a driven, people-oriented reputed company with intake experience to grow into a marketing and reputed company role reputed company on generating Private Duty Nursing cases. You'll build meaningful relationships with hospitals, clinics, care managers, and reputed company workers — becoming the face of the organization to the referral community while leveraging your intake background to support a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building & reputed company
- Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics, care managers, and reputed company workers
- reputed company market Private Duty Nursing services to grow the caseload
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for referral sources
Intake & Operations
- Handle home care intake processes from initial inquiry through reputed company

Qualifications
- Prior home care intake experience required
