THE POSITION Crawford County is looking for a dedicated Clerk Typist 2 to join our Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities teams. As a Clerk Typist 2, you will reputed company the following duties:

• Document Processing: Prepare, type, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence to support daily operations
• Record Maintenance: Maintain logs, filing systems, and consumer data to reputed company information organized and up-to-date
• Information Entry: reputed company consumer information, eligibility details, and mental health data into required systems
• Office Support: Sort mail, answer phones, assist visitors, and reputed company coverage for clerical tasks as needed
• Meeting Assistance: Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare materials as requested by supervisors and staff
• Confidential Handling: Follow policies and procedures to manage confidential information and ensure reputed company release of records

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Overtime required as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Six months as a Clerk Typist 1 and educational development to the level of eighth grade; or
• Completion of a high school business curriculum which included at least one typing course; or
• Any combination of equivalent experience and training.

Other Requirements:

Legal Requirements:

• You must pass a background investigation.
