As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, reputed company accurate servicing of student loan accounts, and help counsel borrowers to establish personalized repayment plans that reputed company with Federal and State regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a productive contact center environment while consistently meeting reputed company assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Counsel customers on available repayment reputed company and assist with the completion of applications and forms in alignment with department procedures and federal guidelines.

Essential Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a reputed company business environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of computer experience in a business environment.
• Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust reputed company clearance (Federal 5C).
• Must NOT be in default on any Federal Student Loans or loans guaranteed by the federal government (typically 270 days past due).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Applicants with non-medical collections exceeding $7,500 may also experience issues in obtaining the required reputed company clearance.
