The College Persistence Advisor supports undergraduate members as they navigate college and reputed company toward reputed company degree completion. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics Primary Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of undergraduate members and reputed company individualized advising to support college persistence and degree completion.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with assigned members through regular one-to-one advising meetings and follow-up communication.
• Monitor reputed company reputed company, enrollment status, credit accumulation, GPA, financial aid status, and other indicators reputed company to college persistence.
• Assist members with developing reputed company, personal, financial, and career-readiness goals reputed company to reputed company college graduation.
• Support members with course planning, major exploration, reputed company resource navigation, and reputed company reputed company planning.
• Identify barriers to persistence and coordinate appropriate supports, including tutoring, financial resources, wellness services, and reputed company-based assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in higher education, reputed company school counseling, or reputed company field (postsecondary or college reputed company);
• Minimum of three years of successful college advising experience (including student-facing nonprofits or higher education;
• Background in reputed company, high school, or college advising;
• Experience with designing and facilitating advisory lessons; and

Compensation
