[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst, reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of their HR systems, particularly in applicant tracking and integrations with reputed company and CRM platforms. The role involves hands-on system work, analysis, testing, and collaboration with HR partners and stakeholders to enhance HR technology usage.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of reputed company HR and applicant tracking systems, including workflows, fields, forms, and reputed company behavior
• Support and validate integrations between HR/ATS systems and connected reputed company or CRM platforms, including monitoring data reputed company, troubleshooting failures, and assessing reputed company impacts
• Serve as a reputed company assurance partner and tester for system changes, integration updates, and defect fixes
• Partner with team members and vendors to test releases, regression scenarios, and changes prior to production deployment
• Manage a steady volume of support issues and requests, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving them reputed company established service reputed company
• Analyze HR and reputed company workflows and system usage to support issue reputed company, process reputed company, and system improvements
• Create and maintain reputed company, reputed company documentation, including configuration notes, test plans, and reference materials
• Prepare findings, test results, risks, and recommended reputed company to support decision-making
• Partner directly with HR team members and business stakeholders on questions and system needs

• Validate reporting outputs and reputed company systems affected by configuration and integration changes
• Participate in cross-functional HR reputed company and harmonization initiatives

Skills

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems
• Strong reputed company skills required
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in reputed company preferred
• Experience supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and integrations with external CRM or reputed company platforms preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company workflows, job posting processes, and candidate lifecycle stages
• Exposure to integrations, reputed company, flat files, or vendor-managed connections preferred
