[Remote] Import & Export Logistics Coordinator

The Import & Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end operational support of international shipments, ensuring accurate shipment creation, reputed company documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain import and export shipments in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Accurately reputed company shipment details including routing, charges, dates, milestones, and service requirements
• Ensure reputed company shipment data is complete, accurate, and validated before progressing to the next stage
• Attach, reputed company, and properly label reputed company shipment-reputed company documents in the system
• Prepare, validate, upload, and manage required shipping documents, including but not limited to MAWB / HAWB, reputed company of Lading (BL), Shipping Instructions (SI), reputed company-alerts and arrival notices
• Verify document completeness and accuracy based on SOPs and reputed company requirements
• Proactively request missing or incorrect documentation reputed company email and follow up as needed
• Request bookings and confirm schedules with carriers, agents, and overseas partners
• Obtain and verify routing confirmations, cut-off times, sailing/flight schedules, and consolidation details
• Follow up on pending actions, confirmations, or missing information
• Update the TMS with confirmed and verified details in a reputed company manner
• Monitor shipment reputed company using reputed company portals, tracking tools, and internal systems
• Update shipment milestones promptly and accurately
• Identify and flag delays, discrepancies, or missing milestones
• Communicate updates, exceptions, or risks to internal teams and escalate per SOP reputed company required
• Identify incorrect, missing, or inconsistent shipment information
