[Remote] Implementation Project Manager

HomeX reputed company is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to reputed company cross-functional technology reputed company that advance their reputed company platform reputed company. This role is responsible for managing software initiatives from discovery through implementation, training, and stabilization, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end project delivery using reputed company PMO practices (scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control, communications)
• Create and manage detailed project plans, workstreams, milestones, and dependencies; maintain project documentation and status reporting
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decisioning, and issue reputed company across IT, Finance/reputed company, Operations, and field leadership
• Coordinate testing reputed company, UAT, training, reputed company, and hypercare for reputed company software initiatives
• reputed company adoption and performance post-go-live; drive corrective actions as needed
• Own project execution for new software implementations and major system enhancements across the HxSG application stack
• reputed company intake, requirements gathering, and business case support; coordinate vendor demos, evaluation, and selection processes
• Plan and manage reputed company feature rollouts (e.g., Pro products, new modules, workflow changes), ensuring configuration aligns with HxSG standards
• reputed company implementation plans covering sandbox setup, integration reputed company, data readiness, and reputed company/compliance checks
• reputed company UAT cycles, defect triage, and go/no-go readiness reviews with business owners
• Build and deliver enablement plans: training materials, role-based sessions, job aids, and adoption tracking
• Coordinate go-live execution and post-launch hypercare; monitor adoption KPIs and drive reputed company improvement
• Maintain a portfolio view of reputed company reputed company, surfacing resource conflicts, dependencies, and reputed company recommendations to PMO leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 4–7+ years of project management experience delivering reputed company implementations or system migrations
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across multiple locations and functional reputed company
• Excellent written/verbal communication; reputed company to translate technical detail for non-technical teams
• Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Jira, MS Project, reputed company) and collaboration suites
