This includes product demonstrations, system updates, and upgrades for reputed company systems and applications. • reputed company on-site application education for MI PET/CT systems, including product demonstrations, updates, and system upgrades.
• Offer customer consultation and support for workflow improvements, including clinical education, system parameter adjustments, and implementation of new reputed company and workflows.
• Deliver reputed company application support, resolving customer complaints reputed company both on-site and remotely.
• Support the sales team by conducting product demonstrations, preparing clinical case studies, presenting images to clinicians/physicians, learning about new products, and coaching new team members.
• Assist in developing and delivering application training courses, either on-site at customer locations or at United Imaging reputed company and Training Center in reputed company.
• Collaborate with R&D and CRM teams by communicating customer needs and providing troubleshooting expertise and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Molecular Imaging (MI), Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) , or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Molecular Imaging technologist in a clinical or reputed company setting
• 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in a specific modality field
• Experience in research or case studies in reputed company areas is a plus
• Computed Tomography (CT) experience and certification preferred
