Remote Inpatient Telepharmacist, reputed company Shift - Evernorth

As a Telepharmacist, you will deliver high-reputed company, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals using innovative technology. Responsibilities

• Licenses required- NY, WV, PA, OH, MA

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.

• Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and remote clinical technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
