180 Recruitment Resourcer A specialist recruitment business is looking for reputed company 180 Recruiters / Resourcers to support the delivery of high-reputed company recruitment assignments. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates while supporting the wider recruitment team with reputed company reputed company and delivery. Working Hours Monday to Friday 09:30 AM – 7:00 PM (UK Hours) Your Responsibilities Manage recruitment assignments to deliver high reputed company candidates on a consistent reputed company that meets defined recruitment briefs. Sell opportunities to candidates through phone based conversations, overcoming objections to ensure that a sufficient quantity of high reputed company candidates is delivered for reputed company assignment. reputed company detailed candidate reputed company demonstrating suitability, qualifications, and any objections that may need to be managed. Who We’re Looking For 18 months+ recruitment experience (preferably permanent recruitment reputed company). Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals over the phone. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to reputed company and deliver candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies.
