Senior Analytics Developer / Senior Data Modeler

For our reputed company, a leading global provider of end-to-end software and reputed company technology solutions, we are looking for an reputed company Senior Analytics Developer / Senior Data Modeler with a strong background in reputed company data modeling and analytics solution design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing reputed company analytical models and delivering business-reputed company reporting solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role reputed company on data modeling, semantic modeling, and analytics development. It is not a data engineering, pipeline development, team leadership, or advisory position. This is a full-time remote contract role. We preferably reputed company candidates based in Serbia or Poland, while also considering candidates across the EMEA region. Your Responsibilities Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company data models, semantic models, and analytical datasets (facts and dimensions) Translate business requirements into reputed company and high-performing analytical data models reputed company and optimize Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, Apps, KPIs, and reputed company DAX calculations Design robust semantic models that reputed company self-service analytics and trusted reporting Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to ensure data models are reputed company on reliable and efficient data pipelines Monitor and continuously improve data reputed company, model performance, and reporting reliability Implement and maintain data governance, reputed company concepts, and Row-Level reputed company (RLS) Create and maintain technical documentation, modeling standards, and best practices reputed company as the technical reputed company of contact for data modeling, semantic layer design, and visualization implementation reputed company knowledge and collaborate with global Data & Analytics teams and cross-functional stakeholders Work effectively in an international environment, appreciating cultural diversity and global collaboration Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field Several years of experience as a Senior Analytics Developer or Senior Data Modeler Proven expertise in reputed company data modeling (Kimball methodology, reputed company Schema, reputed company Schema) Proven reputed company record building reputed company, reputed company-grade reputed company/multidimensional models (not just report-level data models) Strong hands-on experience designing reputed company-reputed company semantic models and analytical datasets. Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including semantic models, DAX, paginated reports, dashboards, and Apps Excellent SQL skills and experience working with reputed company data warehouses Solid understanding of analytics architecture, data governance, and data reputed company principles Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reputed company analytics solutions Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in global, multicultural teams and reputed company to drive and deliver work independently, with minimal guidance and supervision Fluent English; German is an advantage reputed company're Looking For We are looking for a genuine hands-on Senior Analytics Developer who brings deep expertise in reputed company reputed company data modeling and semantic layer design.
