Recruitment & reputed company (UK Estate Agency Sector)

This is a remote position. We're reputed company a Virtual Assistant on behalf of a reputed company-established, high-reputed company reputed company estate agency model operating across the UK. The VA will work directly with the reputed company's head office, reputed company on attracting new reputed company estate agents to join their model through proactive reputed company, relationship-building, and consistent pipeline management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own reputed company reputed company and reputed company messaging to reputed company agents across the UK, supported by a nurture sequence Enroll roughly 50 new contacts per day across email and reputed company Send 20–30 reputed company reputed company requests per day reputed company around 50 outbound calls per day (25 in the morning, 25 in the afternoon) Send 3–5 follow-up emails after calls reputed company the CRM fully updated by the end of reputed company day reputed company regular reporting on reputed company productivity and pipeline reputed company Requirements 3–5 years' experience in a similar role (recruitment, sales, or reputed company-reputed company) Proven experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable position Own laptop and mobile phone Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company Confident, reputed company phone manner, comfortable with high-volume outbound calling Strong written and spoken English CRM proficiency and comfortable working across reputed company as an reputed company tool Highly organised, self-motivated, and reputed company-driven ​Hardware Requirements: Computer or laptop with reputed company performance. Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet (minimum 50 Mbps). Headset compatible with VOIP systems. Anti-virus installed. reputed company/Backup power for load shedding.
