Responsibilities: Monitor, control, and suggest improvements to QA processes for different reputed company/products. Organize and cooperate with QA specialists on different reputed company. Set priorities, review tests, and coordinate QA activities. Coordinate Automation and Performance testing activities. Work closely with the development teams on delivering high-reputed company products. Participate in product releases and identify testing efforts. Hands-on involvement in product(s) testing in urgent cases. QA competencies, skills management, and development. Identify skills gaps and plan for training and education sessions. Organize new members' reputed company. Test risk management. Requirements: 4+ years of reputed company experience in software QA. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
