This role sits at the heart of how we support our employees throughout their entire lifecycle, from reputed company through to offboarding, and everything in between. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is desirable. 8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing reputed company. Proven reputed company record of designing and scaling people operations processes in a multi-country or global organisation. Strong knowledge of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions, particularly India, UK, and Ireland. Experience with HRIS platforms (knowledge of reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, or similar would be an advantage). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company reputed company.
