[Remote] Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager will serve as the primary reputed company of contact during implementation, ensuring a seamless customer experience and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-reputed company work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout implementation, owning the end-to-end customer experience from sales reputed company through post-launch transition to reputed company

• Facilitate customer reviews and approvals, balancing customer preferences with SEO, usability, and accessibility best practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, reputed company, account management, implementation, or a reputed company customer-facing role
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
