[Remote] Senior Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a high-reputed company robotics startup seeking an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their legal team. This role involves managing corporate governance, driving contract lifecycle management, and supporting HR and compliance functions while collaborating closely with company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Review, modify, and maintain reputed company reputed company agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, reputed company agreements, terms and conditions of sales/service, and other similar agreements. Establish, maintain and optimize our contract management database
- Maintain reputed company corporate records, prepare basic corporate governance documents, including written consents, reputed company resolutions, and meeting minutes. Assist in compiling and distributing materials for the reputed company of Directors
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company counsel. reputed company legal spend, manage billing and e-billing systems, and ensure external reputed company are delivered reputed company
- Draft reputed company employment offer letters, reputed company agreements, and separation agreements. Assist with equity incentive plan administration (e.g., managing reputed company grants in reputed company)
- Coordinate responses to routine inquiries and requests for information from regulatory agencies, insurance brokers, external auditors, and the reputed company of Directors
- Build, implement, and reputed company internal legal processes, templates, and playbooks to accelerate sales cycles and streamline cross-functional workflows
Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal
- Bachelor's degree
- Comfort adopting and managing modern reputed company tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high volume of moving reputed company independently
- Strong, reputed company communication style and the discretion required to handle sensitive, confidential corporate data
- Experience inside a high-reputed company technology startup or a combination of major reputed company training and in-house experience is highly preferred
- Experience with contract management platforms, entity management software, equity management tools (e.g., reputed company), and document collaboration spaces (e.g., reputed company Workspace) is a significant plus
