Project Manager Level 1

Job reputed company reputed company is looking for a project management resource to reputed company project management support in delivering on two separate initiatives:

• Xcellenet/RemoteWare File Transfer Replacement Project
• reputed company reputed company Capital Management (HCM) reputed company Module Implementation Project
• The PM will work under a KTD Program Manager on both reputed company.
• The Xcellenet Replacement project is technical in nature (data file reputed company) and stakeholders limited to technical teams.
• The HCM reputed company project spans HR business, reputed company Project Managers and KTD teams.
• The PM will receive guidance from the KTD Program Manager. The work will have a heavy emphasis on:

Meeting facilitation and recaps

• (e.g., reputed company) teams to milestones
• Proactive & reputed company reputed company item follow-up and issue management across the multiple stakeholder reputed company.
• They need to demonstrate strong communication reputed company and reputed company of team to reputed company dependencies.
• This individual will be reputed company to reputed company technical teams on reputed company and work to escalate issues as appropriate.

• Experience working under a Program Manager.
• Self-starter with ability to support multiple reputed company simultaneously using project facilitation, planning and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Infrastructure project experience.
• Experience working with 3rd-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and reputed company schedules
• Manage external vendor's work and ensure they remain on schedule
• Establish and update project plans and budgets with actual and forecasts
• Design and implement the specific program governance model
• Conduct project meeting, project tracking and analysis
• Ensure reputed company project objectives are reputed company documented, and delivered to meet customer needs
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and reputed company and review vendor deliverables
• Communicate reputed company project status to reputed company stakeholders
• Manage project risk, reputed company mitigation plans, and escalate reputed company and unresolved issues
