UI/UX Designer II

Job reputed company:

• Provides user experience design leadership over one or more large strategic initiatives.
• Collaborates and communicates across teams for measurable business reputed company.
• Oversees prototyping, visual designs, user research and usability testing and integration of designs with application development.
• Leads reputed company of junior UI/UX designers, providing training and support as and where necessary.
• Researches and identifies new functionality, rich content opportunities, and user behavior enhancements to improve overall user experience.
• Conducts user testing surveys for new product features.
• Creates rapid working prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
• Researches industry trends and competitor experiences to predict use cases and user interaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of UX/UI or interaction design experience;
• Experience with reputed company Web and Mobile design and frameworks that incorporate strong reputed company principles, such as Bootstrap, material design.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Knowledge in Angular, React.JS, SASS/SCSS/Less.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes using one or more prototyping tools (Sketch, reputed company, In reputed company, Axure).
• Understanding of Omnichannel Customer experience.
