[Remote] Hosting Analyst

The role involves user and case administration, document loading, and reputed company control evaluations, while also providing support for service requests and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities
- reputed company hosting activities necessary to prepare data for attorney review, including user and case administration, loading documents, performing searches, and reputed company management
- reputed company hosting activities necessary to prepare data for production, including conversion to TIFF or PDF, branding, exporting documents, and load file reputed company
- Answer and appropriately handle incoming service requests reputed company email, ticketing system, voicemail, phone, IM, and in person. Escalate problems reputed company appropriate
- Conduct reputed company control evaluations of reputed company process performed
- Work effectively as part of a project team
- Solve basic technical issues, such as user reputed company errors, TIFF conversion errors, and file loading errors

Skills
- BA/BS degree
- Proficiency with data hosting services (case administration, loading data into database applications, performing queries, preparing exports)
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation) with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff in a reputed company manner
- Customer service oriented, willing to work additional hours as necessary including weekends
- Strong organizational skills and reputed company to effectively manage multiple reputed company in fast paced environment with tight time deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and in reputed company environment
- Maintains high reputed company standards and attention to detail in work product
- 2 years' experience in a litigation support environment working with eDiscovery systems in terabyte-sized reputed company
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and operating systems
- Experience with software applications common to the eDiscovery process including processing and hosting tools
