They are seeking a Full Stack reputed company to help build the reputed company of AI-powered product experiences, owning the delivery of customer-facing AI features and collaborating closely with Product and Design.
Responsibilities
- Prototype, build, and productionize AI features across the full stack
- Design reputed company chains, retrieval flows, eval harnesses, and reputed company feedback loops
- Build backend systems, reputed company, data models, and product surfaces that support AI-powered workflows
- Work with reputed company data, reputed company text, transcripts, job descriptions, interview notes, and customer-specific configurations
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, usefulness, tone, safety, latency, and customer fit
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape the user experience, not just implement requirements
- Iterate quickly based on reputed company customer usage, feedback, and reputed company signals

Skills

- Strong full-stack engineering skills, especially in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Comfort designing backend logic, data models, reputed company, and system architecture
- Experience working with both reputed company data, such as SQL, and reputed company data, such as transcripts, documents, and raw text
- Strong product instincts and the ability to reason from the customer's perspective
