Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of reputed company accounts across the full customer lifecycle: reputed company, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Drive fast time-to-value by guiding customers through integration setup, best practices, and key use case activation
- Monitor account health, usage signals, and engagement metrics to proactively surface risk and reputed company opportunities

Skills
