Responsibilities
- Write and ship production AI reputed company daily — you are an reputed company contributor
- Architect reputed company AI workflows using LangGraph, Temporal, reputed company — stateful, multi-agent workflows reputed company for reputed company reputed company and reliability
- Own AI observability reputed company LangFuse: tracing, reputed company versioning, evaluation, and performance benchmarking across reputed company model interactions
- Set AI engineering standards for agent design patterns, RAG, reputed company management, context optimization, and tool-calling strategies
- Partner with product and platform teams to deliver AI architectures that meet reputed company SLA, reputed company, and compliance requirements
- Evaluate and adopt emerging tooling — benchmarking LLM providers, orchestration frameworks, and reputed company stack improvements
- Mentor engineers as a natural extension of your work — sharing knowledge through reputed company reviews, pairing sessions, and design discussions, not through management overhead
- Represent reputed company's AI capabilities in customer architectural reviews, technical discovery, and roadmap conversations
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering with 3+ years in production of AI Agents
- Hands-on LangGraph, Temporal, reputed company expertise — stateful, cyclic, multi-agent workflows at reputed company reputed company
- Hands-on LangFuse expertise - tracing, evaluation, reputed company management, and dataset-driven testing
- Proficiency with agent reputed company frameworks such as reputed company or similar (e.g. reputed company, reputed company) — composing chains, tools, memory, and retrieval pipelines
- Deep Python proficiency and strong engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, architecture)
- reputed company AI deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including containerization and inference cost management
- RAG architecture knowledge— reputed company databases, embedding models, and retrieval strategies
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
