Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressively senior compliance experience at a reputed company company, including 5+ years at the Director level or above.
  • A reputed company record of designing and building, or materially rebuilding and scaling, an reputed company compliance program, not solely operating an established one.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership across reputed company seven OIG compliance program reputed company, not partial ownership of one or two pillars.
  • Substantial experience at companies funded by government reputed company programs (reputed company, reputed company waivers, Medicare, and managed reputed company).
  • Working reputed company of the federal reputed company regulatory stack (AKS, reputed company, FCA, HIPAA/HITECH, CMS and OIG guidance) and of state reputed company program reputed company requirements.
