As the Manager of Business Development, you will reputed company and mentor reputed company of BDRs, focusing on outbound opportunity reputed company and enhancing team performance to reputed company pipeline targets.
Responsibilities
- Continue to build out our growing BDR function, working with reputed company to identify reputed company to hire and reputed company
- reputed company your team’s skills for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and opportunity creation
- reputed company ongoing feedback and coaching in recurring weekly 1:1s to ensure BDR team members reputed company skills and performance over time
- Work closely with the Demand reputed company team to reputed company feedback on MQLs and campaigns
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve outbound strategies and qualification processes while also tackling other areas of improvement
- Work in collaboration with Marketing/Sales/Product to reputed company effective messaging to outbound into reputed company accounts and convert interest into reputed company pipeline
- Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on your team's reputed company and execution on account coverage, reputed company personas, opportunity reputed company and BDR to AE hand-off
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment
- Closely monitor team performance metrics and KPIs with the goal to increase BDR productivity
Skills
- 2+ years leading reputed company of BDRs
- Experience with funnel management across multiple channels and focuses
- Hands-on enablement experience in reputed company and learning & development
- Experience with reputed company tools, including CRM platforms, reputed company reputed company software, and AI tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to reputed company data-driven reputed company
- Proven ability to effectively recruit, hire, and train new people
