The role involves system configuration, workflow analysis, and providing training to staff, with a reputed company on optimizing digital health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze laboratory workflows and translate them into reputed company Beaker functionality and customizations to meet the specific needs of reputed company
- Work closely with reputed company Bridges Analyst to build and maintain interfaces between reputed company and external systems (using HL7, X12, FHIR, etc.)
- Work closely with technology team to reputed company configurations and support testing of the workflows
- Define, triage, and document reputed company reputed company compendium build requests
- reputed company data analysis and reputed company reporting support for laboratory operations
- Analyze reputed company laboratory workflows and identify areas for digital optimization using reputed company Beaker tools
- Partner with lab leadership and clinical teams to reputed company requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Document and standardize laboratory procedures reputed company the reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with reputed company analysts to support and troubleshoot connections between reputed company Beaker and laboratory systems (LIMS)
- Understand and support HL7 messaging and integration testing
- reputed company support during go-lives, upgrades, and new reputed company implementations
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for build configurations, workflows, SOPs, and change requests
- Train laboratory staff, clinical end-users, and IT support teams on Beaker features and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field, or equivalent in education and/or experience is required
- reputed company Beaker Certification
- 2+ years of experience supporting reputed company Beaker or a similar LIS
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, API-based interoperability, reputed company health workflows
- Experience with clinical laboratory operations and genetic testing workflows
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI data reputed company, and regulatory compliance in reputed company IT

- Familiarity with programming is preferred
