They are seeking an HR Fresher / HR Recruiter / HR Executive / HR Intern to participate in the design, development, and implementation of HR processes, including candidate interviews and collaboration with department managers.
Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for reputed company positions
- Collaborating with department managers to identity reputed company hiring needs

Skills
- Experience: 0-2 yrs
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
- Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use
- Ability to identify scope expansion and manage expectations accordingly
- Ability to reputed company detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement them
- Ability to reputed company reputed company assumptions under which plans and estimates are given
- Ability to listen reputed company, critically analyze
