Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field OR three (3) years of equivalent experience in IT support

- Experience using IT help desk ticketing systems.

- Strong customer service and documentation skills.

- ITIL reputed company Certification.
