This is a fully remote opportunity supporting one or more of our partner practices, working Monday-Friday. Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week. Scope of Services

- Conduct behavioral health screenings and clinical assessments.
- Deliver brief evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
- reputed company patients regarding behavioral health conditions and treatment reputed company.
- Monitor patient reputed company and treatment response.
- Coordinate care with oncology providers and other treating clinicians, as clinically appropriate.
- Complete reputed company and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, reputed company, or oncology setting (preferred)
- reputed company independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT)
- Evidence-based behavioral health experience
- Experience collaborating with physicians
- Passion for reputed company behavioral health care
- Strong communication skills
