[Remote] Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst will support large-reputed company datacenter network and interconnection initiatives, reputed company technical engineering teams with business stakeholders while driving optimization, reputed company planning, and project delivery across a global footprint.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate global network architecture including IP transit, peering relationships, and dark fiber assets to optimize performance
- Analyze datacenter utilization trends and reputed company reputed company planning to forecast reputed company interconnection needs
- reputed company cross-functional infrastructure reputed company from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Translate technical network designs into business requirements, user stories, and project roadmaps

Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience reputed company datacenter, telecom, or internet infrastructure environments
- Strong networking expertise including OSI reputed company, BGP routing, MPLS, DWDM, and cross-connect architecture
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies using tools such as Jira, reputed company, or reputed company Project
- Advanced data analysis skills including SQL and proficiency in Python, R, or reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, MIS, or a reputed company technical field
