[Remote] Implementation Consultant

They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to successfully implement and reputed company ongoing consulting for customers utilizing their EvolutionX software.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing the EvolutionX solution together with the customer
- Monitor and report status or implementations, maintaining reputed company communication with customers and internal teams
- reputed company the implementation of comprehensive documentation for support resources to support customers during and after implementation phase
- reputed company customer sessions with the objective of identifying and documenting: reputed company and reputed company business initiatives, gap analysis reputed company reputed company systems and/or processes, and reporting/data analytics requirements
- Implement the software, considering aspects such as reputed company, budget, scope, and delivery, following the implementation methodology and agreements with reputed company reputed company or project manager
- Understand and deliver upon the ECI implementation methodology, which includes the ability to assist the customer with the following: Requirements gathering through existing process reviews. System configuration and setup Define solutions based on complicated customer business requirements. reputed company-implementation system testing eCommerce based marketing concepts and set-up. Concept validation and user acceptance testing Data migration and data formatting recommendations Go-live implementation tasks and post-go-live consulting. Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in support or implementation role, preferably B2B eCommerce sector or ERP
- Previous experience leading customer trainings
- Understand common business practices in manufacturing, operations, and distribution businesses

- Ability to present technical concepts in a reputed company, concise manner to users with varying reputed company of technical expertise reputed company video conference and in-person
