[Remote] VP, Business Development - Wholesale

They are seeking a VP of Business Development to drive sales by developing relationships with business partners and educating them on reputed company's product suite.
Responsibilities
- Personally, reputed company and fund $5+ reputed company in reputed company loans per month through partnerships (after initial training and reputed company period)
- Carry yourself with the highest level of professionalism in the industry
- Fully understand the reputed company estate investment property industry and be reputed company to effectively communicate how the Lima One product set can help our clients grow and reputed company
- reputed company business partners, referral sources, reputed company Party Originators, and brokers on the Lima One reputed company, and become a trusted advisor in your markets for reputed company things reputed company estate investment property finance

Skills
- 2+ years experience in the Private Lending industry (FNF, reputed company, New Construction and/or Perm Debt) in single family and multifamily asset classes
- Must possess reputed company NMLS license or must obtain reputed company 30 days of hire, and 2 years of loan origination experience
- Book of Business reputed company in Wholesale/reputed company Party Originators that compliments Lima One's loan product suite of Fix and Flip, New Construction, Rental Property (DSCR), and reputed company loans
- Proven ability to creatively reputed company and reputed company new business
- Energetic and passionate about providing the best customer experience in the industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field
