The role involves delivering specialized technical assistance to employees and requires hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to employee support requests through corporate communication and ticketing platforms
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company and on-premises infrastructure services, applications, and reputed company platforms
- Manage user accounts, reputed company permissions, system configurations, and reputed company administrative tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, reputed company, and basic connectivity issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and reputed company networking components
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability
- Conduct reputed company cause analysis for recurring technical and infrastructure-reputed company issues, and recommend improvements
- Contribute to automation, integration, and process improvement initiatives

Skills
